As most writers I pull straight from my black heart of pain & cats

so life has been weird, I had just got back from Boston after living in Worcester for 4 months while i wrote a completely insane sci-fi novel that still lives in the backburner of my mind. I had been writing 2,000 words a day for months now, it became my routine. After i got back to Cleveland i visited my buddy's flat, the notorious Bradley Walton. We talked arthouse films until there was no other way back from that conversation except to write the script! haha! Over the summer of 2019 i wrote 5 drafts of what became the Boston Lettuce screenplay based on more than a few experiences of unrequited love. It felt like it was something in me that needed an answer.. a more urgent answer than finishing the novel. I sent the 3rd draft to Megan Mary Meadows, one of my favorite actresses, & she loved it. I sent it to Bradley & he jumped on board. That's when i knew this could be a real thing. No writer will every say something is "finished" but, it does have character.
